In twitter tradition today is ‘Follow Friday’, so on Fridays I shall give you special FF’s to an author of choice.
Today I’ve chosen for Danielle Trussoni. I am currently reading her book ‘Angelology’.
Danielle Trussoni wanted to be an author from the age of 6, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison summa cum laude with a BA in History and English. She's currently living in the south of France with her husband and two children.
Her first publication was ‘Falling through the Earth: A Memoir’ and it was chose by the NY Times as one of the Ten best Books of 2006 (Falling Through The Earth, Henry Holt and Company, 2006, ISBN 0-8050-7732-4. A memoir).
Her first novel is ‘Angelology’ it published in 2010, it will be published in over thirty countries. And Colombia already bought the film rights.
Angelology: Mixing biblical interpretation, classic myths and out-of-this world imagination, Trussoni tells an epic tale that centers on Sister Evangeline, a young nun who's unwittingly pulled into the battle against the Nephilim (source USA Today).
I’m just on page 50 in the book, but it’s looking promising.
